To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all clients, I have established a set of policies governing appointment management, payments, and compliance. These policies help maintain an organised schedule and ensure that every client receives the attention they deserve, whilst allowing me to continue to operate a successful business. By adhering to these policies, I can create a positive environment that benefits both my clients and the overall operation of the business.

The following policies apply to all clients:
All deposits are non-refundable!

No shows = full deposit payment kept
(I have the right to refuse any future bookings)
Cancelling within 48 hours of appointment = full deposit
payment kept

48 hours before appointment = deposit payment can
be transferred onto another booking within 2 weeks
(however I cannot guarantee there will be another
appointment available for you, resulting in a lost deposit)​

If you require a patch test please contact me a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. Alternatively a patch test consent form must be completed. The forms are sent to you via email once you have made your booking.

I do not offer refunds for any appointment. If for any reason you are unhappy with the treatment given please contact me within 48 hours and I will try my best to rectify the problem.
Any problems after 48 hours that need rectifying will be chargeable.

You must attend your appointment alone. I am not insured to have anyone else or any children in the room. If you turn up with another person or child I have the right to refuse your appointment
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I have the right to cancel it and you will lose your deposit.

Please note, I am not currently accepting any new clients. Please only proceed with booking if you are a client that has visited me before. I have the right to contact you to cancel your appointment if you're a new client booking in. If you are disappointed with this, please kindly reach out so I can make a note to contact you when the situation changes.
