Cancellation Policy

PARKING - you may block the end of one half of my driveway, parking in front of the black VW Polo. Please do not park into my neighbours drive, or block the other half of my drive. If your car is too long to fit in this area, you can park down Bois Hall Road (30 sec walk away). ON ARRIVAL TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE MESSAGE ME ON 07880996038. Once I have replied and confirmed if I am ready, please let yourself in through the side gate (to the left of the driveway), ensuring you pop the gate hook back on behind you, and make your way down to the cabin at the end of the garden. IMPORTANT POLICY INFO; If you require a patch test please get in touch with me a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment, alternatively the patch test form must be completed before arrival. This is the clients responsibility. I have the right to refuse an appointment if a patch test or form has not been completed. Please note all deposits are non-refundable. For any appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or no shows, 100% of your deposit payment will be kept. If more than 48 hours notice is given, your deposit payment can be transferred onto another booking, providing the appointment is within 2 weeks of the original appointment date. For any no-shows I have the right to refuse any future bookings. You must attend your appointment alone, I do not allow other people or children in the room, due to insurance purposes. I do not offer refunds for any appointment. If for any reason you are unhappy with the treatment given please contact me within 48 hours and I will try my best to rectify the problem. Any problems after 48 hours that need rectifying will be chargeable. I am contactable via 07880996038
